everything was okay.. room is simple nice bed, only the double bed is not so big compare to the other room that I booked for my friend for 1 night the following day.. so everythings is fine and satisfied with our stayed in Clayton hotel Chiswick London. bathroom is nice and big, complete amenities and the coffee/tea amenities with yummy cookies is Perfect!! they reffil evryday and also cleaned towels, Breakast buffet is very good and Yumm! stuff is kind and helpfull. and the staff in front desk when we asked about what is better transport to be used goin st.paul cathedral she explained well and polite. I will go back in this hotel but better nxt ime to used bus goin where than tube train underground. coz for me underground train tube with picadily is not so good smell for the asthmatic person. its warm and stink with gas or diesel underground and the train picadily is old and warm inside the train, soo noisy, no digital screen inside.

I always choose a hotel thoroughly, looking at many accommodation options and reading reviews carefully. The most important thing for me in a hotel is to have a clean and reasonably spacious room, secure parking, good breakfast, a convenient location, and a good price-quality ratio. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice of Clayton Hotel Chiswick. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient secure underground car park. Getting into Сentral London was convenient as the Gunnersbury Underground Station (Richmond Branch District Line) was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel. The service at the Нotel was of a high standard. I would especially like to thank the Duty Manager Colvyn Crasto for his professionalism and caring attitude to customer issues. Thank you for a pleasant experience at the hotel!

The location is ideal though we were very familiar with the surroundings having previously lived in this region. The breakfast had a good spread and particularly the pastries such as croissants and pan au chocolate were freshly made and very good. The breakfast spread had a good range of items. Location is great as there is a tube station very near which makes commuting to central London fairly easily, again as we were accustomed to the area this was fairly easy for us. There is an underground parking which is also quite good and also EV charging facilities near the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, the room was spacious, the bathroom had both, a shower and a bathtub. The check in and check out very super easy, they have an online terminal through which you can do the check in and check out. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the Gunnersbury station, making it easy to get to the city centre, as well as just one stop from the Kew Gardens. The area of the hotel is calm, with a grocery shop and some pubs/cafes just a few minutes away. If you continue on the Chiswick High Road, you find many restaurants and shops.

Probably our 10th stay in the last year. It's always good, comfortable and great area. We interact very little with staff which I suppose is a plus as we never need to change anything and we never eat and drink in the hotel unless it's late at night for a nightcap. For us it's very much a good hotel to stay in with close access to the M4 when driving up from Wales and really easy access to central London via transport.
